Paul Bennion
Paul is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with more than 20 years experience. He is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is recognised as a leading authority advising on depreciation matters. Paul formed part of the Consultative Committee that advised the ATO on changes to Property Depreciation, effective from July 2004. Paul founded DEPPRO in 1999 and has grown the company to be Australia’s largest property depreciation company. Paul has provided depreciation information and advice to more than 100,000 investors, including major island resorts, major developers and individual investors.
Denise Matier
Previously a small business owner has a lot of experience in sales and marketing. Denise has been with Deppro for a number of years working her way up from Inspector to her current position, ensuring all WA staff are trained to help you with any questions in how to receive the best outcome for your investment property.
